Excursion of SPŠ Smíchovská Praha

On Tuesday 12 May 2026, our Akademie AGROSTROJ Secondary School and the company AGROSTROJ Pelhřimov welcomed important visitors. Representatives of the Smíchovská střední průmyslová škola, gymnázium a hotelová škola Radlická from Prague, led by their principal Ing. Radko Sáblík, came to Pelhřimov. The aim of the meeting was to share experience in the field of modern technical education.

During the joint programme, the guests from Prague had a unique opportunity to look at how our distinctive concept of dual education works, which in Pelhřimov links theory with practice perfectly.

The programme started with a joint tour of the premises of our Academy. The colleagues from Prague appreciated the school top modern infrastructure, which was built with a clear aim – to prepare a new generation of specialists for modern industry.

After visiting the school, we moved directly to the production areas of AGROSTROJ Pelhřimov. The participants in the excursion did not hide their enthusiasm for our excellently equipped halls and high-tech technologies. They were able to see:

robotic workstations and automated welding lines

state-of-the-art laser cutting machines and CNC centres

one of the largest and most environmentally friendly powder coating plants in Europe

facilities for in-house research, development and tool design.

We believe that this visit was inspiring for both sides and confirmed that our school is among the best in the field of technical education.
