Moving into accommodation – 31 August 2026 from 5 p.m.

Dear parents and future students,

we confirm the date for moving into accommodation. Accommodation is provided in the apartment building at Akátová 2519 in Pelhřimov and students move in on Monday 31 August 2026 from 5 p.m., that is the day before the start of the 2026/2027 school year (Tuesday 1 September 2026).

On arrival we will sign the necessary forms – the accommodation contract and the handover protocols. Students will receive a key to the apartment and a card for entry to the building, they will be shown the building and the apartment and will be acquainted with the internal rules for accommodated students.

The beds are ready including bed linen, the rooms have reading lamps and wardrobes with storage space. Students bring their own towels and toiletries, indoor shoes (the apartment may only be entered in indoor shoes) and dishes and washing-up products for the kitchenette. Their own electrical appliances may only be used if under warranty (with proof) or with a valid safety inspection.
