The field focuses on the operation, adjustment and programming of robots and bending machines. machines prepares students to work with technologies used in industrial processes such as handling, welding or bending metal parts.

- Manual processing and machining of metallic and non-metallic materials
- Work with mechanised hand tools
- Welding, riveting and other types of material joining
- Technical preparation of production including technical documentation and production technology, types of materials and their use
- Production, assembly and disassembly of functional units on the basis of technical documentation, or according to drawings
- Types and methods of finishing and surface treatment
- Technical knowledge in general engineering of new production technologies and materials
- Fundamentals of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Completion of a welding course, obtaining a welding licence
- Completion of the FANUC or CLOOS robotic welding course, obtaining a certificate
- VT course Visual inspection of welds according to ČSN EN ISO 17637
