How the school works
School Counselling Centre (ŠPP)
Under Decree No. 72/2005 Coll. (as amended by No. 197/2016 Coll.), it covers the work of the educational counsellor and the prevention methodologist. The ŠPP focuses mainly on:
- conditions for pupils with special educational needs and support measures
- prevention of school failure and career counselling (choice of occupation and further educational paths)
- work with gifted pupils and pupils from a different cultural background
- prevention and handling of risk behaviour (bullying, cyberbullying, discrimination, extremism, truancy, netolism, addiction to addictive substances)
- early and crisis intervention, discussion sessions for students and cooperation with legal guardians
